UNALOME by Graeme Cheevers reserves the right to amend or update our T&C’S without notice.

RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • For all reservations, guests are required to provide credit/debit card details to secure their reservation.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event that you need to cancel or modify your reservation please give us 72 hours notice. A fee for cancellations/modifications made with less than 72 hours notice will be charged automatically, using the card details provided at the time of booking (£35 per person in respect of a lunch reservation and £80 per person in respect of a dinner reservation). Non arrival without notice will result in a full charge being made automatically. KITCHEN TABLE reservations require 14 days notice. You can modify or cancel your booking by contacting us on reservations@unalomebygc.com or by calling 0141 501 0553.

  • UNALOME by Graeme Cheevers is open Wednesday to Sunday for Lunch; 12pm with the last reservation at 2.30pm and Dinner: 6pm with last reservation at 9.00pm. The time slot selected is your time of arrival and when you shall be seated. Should you not arrive within 15 minutes of booking time, the table may be released without further notice.

  • Please make the restaurant team aware of any vouchers you may wish to use at the time of booking. 

  • By making a reservation at UNALOME by Graeme Cheevers, you agree to confirm your reservation 24 hours or more prior to arriving. You will be sent an email requesting confirmation of your reservation and should follow the link provided in the email. If your reservation remains unconfirmed on the day of the reservation, then UNALOME By Graeme Cheevers reserves the right to cancel your reservation without further notice. 

  • Tables are allocated on the day by the restaurant team and although we will do everything to allocate a table in your preferred area of the dining room, we cannot always guarantee this. 

  • A service charge of 12.5% will be added to the final bill. Service charges at UNALOME are always at the discretion of yourselves, our guests.

  • Available to accommodate events with bespoke designed menus, tailored to individual needs. Exclusively in our restaurant, your home, or venue of your choice. Available in Glasgow, the surrounding areas and beyond.

  • UNALOME by Graeme Cheevers reserves the right to amend or update our booking terms and conditions without notice.

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • UNALOME by Graeme Cheevers gift vouchers are redeemable against any UNALOME dining experience and valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

  • When using a gift voucher for a dining experience payment no change will be given in cash. Any value remaining on a gift voucher can be used in full or part payment for future dining. Where a gift voucher holder wishes to use one towards a value higher than the balance on the gift voucher they will be required to pay the difference.

  • The value on a gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

  • In the event that any payment used to activate or top up a gift voucher is not authorised, or otherwise defaults, any corresponding amount added to the gift voucher will be removed.

  • A gift voucher that has been given or issued as part of a promotion may have variable expiry dates, please refer to the promotional material or information that will be accompanied with the gift card or digital gift voucher. A promotional gift voucher cannot be topped up. If a promotional gift voucher is not used within the specific time period any remaining value will be removed from the gift voucher.

  • UNALOME by Graeme Cheevers reserves the right to alter our prices without notice. In the event that a gift voucher is purchased for a specific experience and the price differs at the time of redemption, the monetary value on the voucher will override the named experience.

  • Please keep the gift voucher safe and treat it like cash. UNALOME by Graeme Cheevers does not collect or store personal information on the recipients of gift vouchers and therefore, if a gift voucher is used without the consent of the holder, or is lost, stolen or damaged, UNALOME by Graeme Cheevers cannot replace or reimburse the value on the gift voucher.

  • Gift vouchers are issued by and remain the property of UNALOME by Graeme Cheevers at all times. Personal Data means any data that relates to an identifiable person who can be directly/indirectly identified from that data. In this case, it means personal data that you give to us via our site.
