UNALOME by Graeme Cheevers is delighted to welcome Umai for an exclusive collaboration dinner on Thursday 18 June 2026. Created for one evening only, this intimate event will bring together a bespoke five-course menu by Chef Graeme Cheevers, carefully designed to complement the Umai Caviar collection.

The evening will begin with a welcome and short caviar masterclass before guests move into a luxury tasting menu experience.

  • Five-course tasting menu
    A bespoke menu created by Chef Graeme Cheevers for the evening.

  • Umai Caviar masterclass
    A short introduction to the Umai Caviar collection and its unique qualities.

  • Wine & Champagne pairings
    Optional matching wines and Champagne will be available as an additional supplement.

  • Martini menu
    A specially selected Martini menu will also be available throughout the evening.

  • Limited availability
    The event will be limited to 40 guests in one sitting.

Encouraging creative pairings, Umai is presented through curated flavor profiles rather than sturgeon species, making caviar more intuitive and approachable for consumers without prior expertise.

Our name comes from the Japanese word "Umai," which means delicious and tasty—the essence of our brand.
